Nonverbal communication
Nonverbal communication speaks louder than words. When it comes to someones body language and what they have to say, their nonverbals come across louder. I generally pay more attention to what there nonverbals are saying, and get confused when their words are not matching. This can be a very frustrating thing, and have dealt with this any many relationships that dont make sense to me.

Nonverbals don;t necassarily have to coincide with the actual words. if someone promises to stop doing something because you don't approve of it and they say they love you then when they go ahead and do that action anyways it speaks much louder than the words. If you take actions as words you could say that that person doesn't really care for you at all otherwise they would have kept their word. I think that nonverbals tell more than words ever could because you never know when someone is lying to you unless you witness the lie with your own eyes.
