Play
I thought last classes lecture was interesting. I enjoyed the idea of play, and what kids dress up in. Im not necessarily sure that what children play to be is an insight into what they want to become as they grow older. I think it might give you an idea as to what there interests may be, but also what they have been exposed to growing up, such as playing that they are a teacher. Overall its just interesting to see what kids come up with!

I thought the class on children dressing up and playing was interesting as well. I never really thought of it as meaning something more than just having something to do. It's true how kids quickly learn things from what goes on around them, such as the kid who played his dad and asked for a beer. I notice that when i'm around my 2nd cousin. she says things that I hear her mom say all the time. Its a really good thing that they are appropriate, or she might say them in public!
